Payment
Solbrillesalg.dk accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Mobilepay, ViaBill and Klarna.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse or the invoice is issued.
However, the products will not be delivered until the payment has been approved by the card issuer. All amounts are in DKK Danish kroner and include VAT.
Solbrillesalg.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
It costs 29 DKK on all orders at www.solbrillesalg.dk to all addresses in Denmark. Expected delivery time for items purchased at solbrillesalg.dk is 1-5 business days after you have received the order confirmation. Should there be a delay or error in delivery, you will be immediately informed by e-mail or telephone.
Bring or GLS delivers most packages to private recipients in Denmark via its ParcelShops.
Delivery will take place with GLS or Bring to the nearest Parcel Shop.
Upon receipt
Always check the condition of the package upon delivery. If it has visible damage or bumps, you as a consumer have the option to sign for receipt with reservations. This means that you have the option to receive the package and check it for any damage. In the event of severe damage, you have the option to refuse receipt.
These precautions protect both you as a consumer and us as a retailer against inappropriate handling of the goods during shipping.
Right of withdrawal
Solbrillesalg.dk offers a 14-day right of withdrawal on all items.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods or get the last goods in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different goods that are ordered in one order and are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to info@solbrillesalg.dk. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You must bear the return costs yourself.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
Return
You must return your order to us in Denmark without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery.
Missing original packaging may result in a loss of value, so to be sure to receive all your money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you, excluding delivery costs. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price. We will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel the agreement, provided that we have received the returned item or documentation of the return.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Once you have contacted us either via email or standard cancellation, you will receive a return address message.
You can also cancel the purchase by giving a clear notice and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.
We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.
Right of complaint
The defects rules of the Danish Sales Act may apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. You can create your complaint by contacting us at info@solbrillesalg.dk.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.
Reservation for price errors, sold out items, etc.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where gift card offers, email signups, and the like are deliberately abused.
The offer with a discount code for email signup is valid once per person.
One discount code can be used per order.
In case of misuse, solbrillesalg.dk reserves the right to cancel the order.
In addition, reservations are made for price and typing errors as well as sold-out items.
Privacy Policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and email address.
We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal data is registered at Solbrillesalg.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
The data controller at solbrillesalg.dk is mirapass.
Your information will not be passed on or sold to third parties.
