Payment accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Mobilepay, ViaBill and Klarnal.

The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched from our warehouse or the invoice is issued.

However, the products are not delivered until the payment has been approved by the card issuer. All amounts are in DKK Danish kroner and incl. VAT. uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.


It costs DKK 39 for all orders at to all addresses in Denmark. Expected delivery time for goods purchased at is 1-5 working days after you have received the order confirmation. Should there be a delay or error in the delivery, you will be informed immediately by e-mail or telephone.

GLS delivers most parcels to private recipients in Denmark via its ParcelShops.

The delivery will take place with GLS to the nearest ParcelShop.

Upon receipt

Always check the condition of the package upon delivery. If it has received visible damage or shocks, you as a consumer have the opportunity to sign the receipt with reservations. This means that you have the option here to receive the package and check it for any damage. In case of severe damage, you have the option to refuse receipt.

These precautions protect both you as a consumer and us as a retailer against inappropriate handling of the goods during transport.

Right of withdrawal offers a 14-day right of withdrawal on all goods.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return costs are your own responsibility.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.


You must send your order back to us in Denmark without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.

We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you, but not delivery costs. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. We will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel the agreement, if we have received the item back or documentation for the return.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

When you have contacted us either via e-mail or the standard right of withdrawal, you will receive notification of the return address.

You can also cancel the purchase by giving a clear message and handing it in personally to the above address against prior agreement.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. You can create your complaint by contacting us at

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Reservation for price errors, out-of-stock items, etc

We reserve the right to cancel orders where gift card offers, email signups and the like are deliberately misused.

The offer with a discount code for e-mail signup is valid once for each person.

One discount code can be used per order.

In case of misuse, reserves the right to cancel the order.

In addition, reservations are made for price and typing errors as well as out-of-stock items.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone no. and email address.

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
